# 🔥 앱 내에서 알림 설정을 했는데 알림이 오지 않아요.

여러 이유로 알림이 오지 않을 수 있어요❗️🤔

**안드로이드 폰**

1. 더커플 실행 → 오른쪽 상단의 메뉴 → 오른쪽 상단의 설정 아이콘 → '푸시 알림 설정 (커플 알림)'과 '배터리 사용량 최적화 제외'를 켜주세요.
2. 핸드폰의 설정 → 애플리케이션 → TheCouple 선택 → 알림이 ‘허용됨’으로 설정되어 있는지 확인 후 앱을 다시 실행해 보세요.
3. 핸드폰 설정에서 '방해금지'나 '절전 모드'가 켜져 있다면 꺼주세요.

**아이폰**

1. 더커플 실행 → 오른쪽 상단의 메뉴 → 오른쪽 상단의 설정 아이콘 → 푸시 알림 설정 → 커플 알림을 켜주세요.
2. 핸드폰의 설정 → 앱 → TheCouple 선택 → 알림 선택 → 알림 허용으로 설정되어 있는지 확인 후 앱을 다시 실행해 보세요.
3. 핸드폰 설정에서 '집중모드 (방해금지 모드)' 켜져 있다면 꺼주세요.
